Shivanjali was founded by its artistic director Puja Allepalli
in 2004 and ever since has made its presence and
contributions in performing arts and Indian culture.

- To promote community awareness of Indian Classical Dance and
Music. - To provide equal opportunity for members of the community, both
artistic and cultural, to learn Indian Classical dance in a nurturing,
disciplined environment. - To support world class artists through sponsorship of visits,
performances, lecture demonstrations, and master classes in order
to set examples of excellence for students and teachers to
appreciate and emulate.
